Fried to order with either guacamole or refried pinto beans.

Tostadas Vegetarianas
Refried tortillas, black beans, pico de gallo,
lettuce, tomato, avocado, queso fresco,
crema mexicana. Three.

Gringas Oaxaqueñas
Barbequed pork in corn tortillas with quesillo,
pico de gallo and salsa verde.

Tacos Carne Asada
Sliced beef served on a corn tortilla, with onions,
cilantro and salsa roja.

Tostadas de Tinga
Three refried tortillas covered with guacamole,
black beans, salsa, queso Oaxaqueño,
crema Mexicana and beef.

Tamales de Mole' Oaxaqueño
Corn masa with black mole' wrapped in banana leaf.
Chicken or Pork.

Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
Lime, chile and garlic marinated prawns served with rice and beans.

Ceviche' de Pescado
Lime marinated halibut, with pico de gallo,
cabbage and orange-chipotle' cream sauce.

Caldo de Mariscos
Spicy seafood stew of prawns, crab and fish,
served with tortillas.

Pozole
Pork and hominy stew with shredded cabbage, onion and cilantro garnish.
Served with a side of tostadas topped with queso and salsa.

Estofado con Pollo
Chicken thigh in a rich sauce of tomato, chiles, olives,
almonds and raisins. Served with rice and tortillas.

Enmoladas
Tasajo (grilled, thinly sliced beef) and tortillas in
Oaxacan mole' with onions, Oaxaqueño cheese
and crema Mexicana.

Chile Relleno
Jalepeño pepper stuffed with queso and deep fried in an egg batter with
Mexican rice, whole black beans and tortillas.

Mole' Negro
Black mole' with pork ribs or chicken,
served with white rice and tortillas.

Bisteak en Salsa de Tomate
Thinly sliced steak with tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
Served with rice, whole black beans and tortillas.

Tacos de Pescado
Sauteed halibut topped with lettuce, guacamole
and orange-chipotle' cream sauce.

Taquitos en Salsa Verde
Shredded chicken in corn tortillas with tomatillo sauce,
onions, queso Oaxaqueño, crema Mexicana, pinto beans and rice.

Carne Asada Plato
Thin sliced beef steak, served with rice, beans, pico de gallo and tortillas.

Cabrito
Stewed free range, organic goat, served with black bean puree’
and corn masa, Oaxacan style.
